About Ladybird Nursery

Ladybird Nursery offers a warm and nurturing environment for up to 49 children, ranging from 3 months to the time of full-time education (around 5 years old).

Our Rooms:

  • Babies/Todds: Catering for babies and toddlers aged 0-2 years.
  • 2-3’s: Designed for children aged 2 to 3 years old.
  • Pre-school: Our pre-school room for children aged 3 until they transition to school

Meals and Nutrition: All meals, snacks, and drinks are freshly prepared on-site by our skilled cook, We offer a variety of well-balanced meals and cater to dietary requirements such as vegetarianism and food allergies.

Accreditations and Inspections: Ladybird Nursery is registered with and subject to inspections by the Department for Education/OFSTED. We are fully insured and our team holds a range of qualifications in childcare, staff are also required to be first aid trained. It doesn’t stop there, Staff receive in house training via the manager and also our online CPD accredited training platform with over 110 courses relating to early years.

Session Options:

  • Full Day: 8am-6pm (Includes snacks, lunch & tea)
  • Half Day: 8am-1pm OR 1pm-6pm (Includes snack & lunch or tea)
  • Early Start: 7:30am (Booking required)

Funding: We offer a wide range of funding

  • FEET (Funded early education for two year olds) limited spaces available.
  • EYPP (early years Pupil premium)
  • DAF (disability Access Funding)
  • 15hrs Universal funding for 3-4year olds (stretched across the year)
  • 30hrs extended funding for 3-4year olds (stretched across the year)
  • 15hrs funding for 2-3years (stretched across the year)

Fees and Payments: Our fees cover wipes, nappies, toothbrushing for over 2’s, snacks, freshly cooked meals, visits from Molly Moo-cow https://mollymoocow.com/  for all rooms and Surrey Hills Forest School at Tiltham Farm sessions for Pre-School https://surreyhillsforestschool.co.uk/
